Our recruiting process is simple, but thorough:

1. Submit a Comprehensive Staffing Request

  • Client and Account Manager complete a Staffing Request
  • Account Manager meets with Recruitment Team to review your Staffing Request

2. Candidate Screening and Selection

  • Recruiters perform Candidate screening and selection
  • Account Manager reviews recommended candidates for final selection

3. Client Review and Approval

  • Account Manager presents final candidates to Client
  • Client interviews candidates of your choosing
  • Client selects candidate choice(s) to Account Manager
  • Account Manager extends offer to candidate(s)
  • Candidate becomes a Consultant/Employee
