Our recruiting process is simple, but thorough:
1. Submit a Comprehensive Staffing Request
- Client and Account Manager complete a Staffing Request
- Account Manager meets with Recruitment Team to review your Staffing Request
2. Candidate Screening and Selection
- Recruiters perform Candidate screening and selection
- Account Manager reviews recommended candidates for final selection
3. Client Review and Approval
- Account Manager presents final candidates to Client
- Client interviews candidates of your choosing
- Client selects candidate choice(s) to Account Manager
- Account Manager extends offer to candidate(s)
- Candidate becomes a Consultant/Employee
