Minimum 5 years combined in general application development.  Minimum 3 years designing, developing and maintaining Informatica Applications.  Exposure to Informatica Administration.  Minimum 3 years RDBMS development, SQL skills, and understanding of relational data using a star schema design.  Development experience must be full Life Cycle including business requirements gathering, data sourcing, testing/data reconciliation, and deployment with Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing Architecture.  Must have Development Life Cycle Methodology experience in multiple project deliveries. COMTEK-Group is currently working with a Marquee Client in the North Charlotte area to locate a Java Software Engineer to support re-engineering and systems integration projects in the retail systems practice. This is a Full-Time Permanent position. The individual will work directly with clients and assume a key role on project teams. Must have experience designing and developing a range of applications including web, desktop, and sever based applications using frameworks such as Swing, JMS, etc. The Java Software Engineer will Design, Code, and Test user-interface and application components while participating in the analysis of application requirements.

Required Skills: Define application design and create design documentation. 3+ years Java experience. Excellent Unix skills. J2EE experience.

Bachelor’s degree Management Information Systems, Information, Security, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or related field(s) preferred. CISSP certification required. Six (6) to eight (8) years Information Security experience required with two (2) years in Senior level role. In-depth knowledge of information security management, practice and understanding of privacy and security regulations, i.e. PCI, GLBA, SOX is required. Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite, TCP/IP headers and packet analysis techniques, OSI model, and commonly used ports and associated services.
